わたしたちの取り扱う商品は、原則としてオーガニック（無農薬・無化学肥料）で栽培され、添加物や保存料なども使用していないものに限定しています。そして、加工は必要最低限に抑え、なにも加えない、またなにも取り除かない「自然のまま」の状態で提供しています。たとえば、スパイスはホールのまま、ドライフルーツは枝付きやヘタ付きのまま、そしてナッツはローストされていない生の状態のまま……というように、 作物本来の「PURE」な姿やテイストそのままにこだわっています。
What Ambessa provides, are limited to organically cultivated crops (no pesticides, no chemical fertilizer) , no additives and preservatives in general.
Also we provide them with minimum processing, namely, no addition or no exclusion, just as close to “straight from the nature”.
For instance, our spices are in whole, the dry fruits are with stems and stem ends, and the nuts are in raw condition without roasting.
So we are particular about the “PURE” condition or flavor that the crops itself have by nature.

私たちは食料自給のために、季節の野菜や米、麦、豆類などをつくり、ドライフルーツや加工品製造のために梅、ベリー類、レモン、蜜柑、夏ミカン、柚子、山椒などの果樹類を無肥料・無農薬の自然農法で育てています。
